Super Nova – the Ultra Ultra Canicross Dog (Ep.47)

In this episode of Talk Canicross, we speak with Calgary-based ultra-runner Evan Burch and his incredible Vizsla, Nova — a seven-year-old who recently Canicrossed 75 miles with Evan as part of the Orcas Island 100 trail event in the US.

He shares how they train, rest, and recover as a team, and how Nova’s wellbeing is always the top priority — from regular check-ins and tailored nutrition to knowing when to stop.
